We operate 2 Esab 4000mm x 2000mm 4 torch C.N.C. controlled profile cutting machines which are capable of accurately cutting steel shapes from 4mm to 80mm thick materials, these can be programmed in 3 ways. We can accept drawings, sketches, dxf files, templates or samples of which we will program to our machine using operating software. We have scanning facilities on both machines which is capable of scanning full size templates and recording this information back to our software. And finally we have on board CNC controllers which are pre-programmed with over 100 standard shapes ie. squares rectangles, circles and flanges etc.
We currently hold in excess of 30 tonnes of steel plate stocks in thickness from 4mm to 80mm in 4000m x 2000mm plate sizes. Common grades include S275, S355, EH 36.
